authorized shares also increased after 530 reverse split

5,000,000,000 authorized shares as of April 11, 2008

after 530 reverse split

75,000,000 authorized shares as of June 20, 2008

5,000,000,000/530=should have equalled 9,433,962 shares, but instead we have 75,000,000 authorized shares

In other words, 65,566,037 extra shares has been added into the mix

65.6 million extra shares

Likely to help a NSS short cover a mistake, or the company has printed extra stock to raise more funds.
