Float was increased just after the 530 to 1 reverse split

Float was 155,000,000 when stock was at .0001 cents

then after the reverse split, reducing shares 530X

the float now is 10,500,000

thats only a 14.76X reduction in the float stock

Which does mean that shareholders who owned stock before the reverse split were punished more then the float was. Basically you can come to the conclusion either NSS shorts were thrown into the float or that management is looking to sell more stock to raise funds.

A $1000 investment before the reverse split would have bought 10 mill shares or 6.45% of the float

A $1000 investment today after the reverse split at 0.01 cents would buy 100,000 shares or 0.95% of the float

So I will hold onto my significant % of ownership of PRGL and await lower pricing to then further accumulate
