RE: "Maybe he does not care to pat himself on the back, but I would sure like to see a short summary of the projects and progress of each item for the past year.

Presumably he has been working very hard and is making a lot of progress, but from what we've seen and heard we must assume the opposite."

At this point looking at this after a year has passed with
SWIFT at the helm I think that the common shareholders have been patient and have maybe made some grave assumptions as
to SWIFT'S appointment into the leadership roll of Xechem.
If this turns out that the common shareholders have been
played by SWIFT and his sole purpose was to allow his group
of PIPE investors to gain an enormous chunk of this company
then he will be held accountable. But if all of a sudden he pulls this off and we actually see an increase in our investment I guess most will be forgotten. That is until we start seeing huge sell offs that cripple the PPS. Then the question will again come up. If the company expects any financial help they need to reassess their ratcheting down
of the PIPE's holdings. This is something that will come
back to bite us on the AZZ big time. If they do pull this
off then I also assume that they plan on wasting the companies monies to attempt to prove their case against
Dr. Pandey, this in my opinion would be a further waste of money, but it is becoming pretty clear as to the types of personality SWIFT has. I may be judgemental here but not having any contact with the leader of our company has caused me to assume the worst of his intentions.

I hope to be proven wrong about his leadership but I still question his dogged attempts to totally remove the founder of
this company from all aspects of it's daily operations.
Dr. Pandey has a passion for this company and any project he undertakes, I would really like to see him become a major part of it again. He has too much to offer this company in regards to further projects and it's future!

Any wrong doings need to be worked out as adults and business minded people, then the common shareholder will be rewarded for their patience....

ALL IN MY HONEST OPINION OF COARSE!
