Yes, DP's condition is that he's running the company and Dr. Swift resigns...

Maybe that would be a face saving move for Dr. Swift. at this point.

If the company then goes BK, it wasn't on his shift, and if the company succeeds he and his hedge fund friends make out like bandits. I guess we common shareholders play the victim role.

We have not seen nor heard what Dr. Swift has done for the company. He does not tell us anything.

Maybe he does not care to pat himself on the back, but I would sure like to see a short summary of the projects and progress of each item for the past year.

Presumably he has been working very hard and is making a lot of progress, but from what we've seen and heard we must assume the opposite.
