Not surprising but should be posted:

What we knew:

On 09/18/2007 judgement lien was placed against the company "Globetel Communications Corp." by "DELMA PEMBROKE IV, LLC" and the lien against Globetel totals $206730.56 + an accruing 11% interest.

On 02/11/2008 a judgement lien was placed againt the company "Globetel Communications Corp." by "WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL LEASING, INC." in the amount of $109640.05 + an accruing 11% interest.

What is new:

On 06/23/2008 a new judgment lien was placed against the company "Globetel Communications Corp." by "NATIONAL CITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL COMPANY LLC" in the amount of $82533.38 + and accruing 11% interest.

On 06/16/2008 a new judgement lien was placed against the company "Globetel Wireless Corp" by "EGL Circle" in the amount of $53512.69 + an accruing 11% interest.

That brings a total of 4 liens against Globetel with a total amount of $452416.68 in liens against this company at 11% interest which equates to @4200 bucks a month in interest on the unpaid judgements accruing monthly. "Red Phone" individuals need to discuss this with the PR man and see just what Globetel is doing about these judgements and liens against the company. Are they paying on them ???? Are they NOT paying on them ? Can they pay on them ?????? And this is just the liens NOT all the other judgements for contract indebtedness with some still not heard yet. If you as an investor don't think this is one of if not the most important of aspects of this companies status you're sadly mistaken. This company couldn't get a penny of credit/loans from any institution if it wanted to. It's my job to keep the masses informed and the truth balanced. I'll find out if globetel is paying on any of these judgements/liens. No need to thank me.
