I've heard this before from nuffie. But, what proves Eton Properties Corp. is Edwards?

Sure, Gewerter, Edwards' attorney, is the registered agent for Eton.

But, why isn't Eton Properties Corp really Vergil I. Daughtery, III from NC? He's the only officer listed for Eton with the Nevada Secretary of State's office. Daughtery does have a presence in business.
