My opinion:
6-11-08 buyout offer pr'd (company doing DD on offer and buyer),
6-20-08 talks with honda (friday),
6-23-08 (monday) submit paper work for A/S increase (most likely sujested by company attorney for self protection against take over), imo.
LTDI has the potential to make us shareholders some big gains, and I am going to let them, "bring it on".
