MUST READ---I debated on whether to kill my own position in this stock and loss all my money by reporting this to all of you but I do believe that honesty is the best way to deal with all of this...

The debate yesterday dealt with the change in share structure and the fact that the numbers seemed confusing to some/many when reported by Orlando. I was one that defended the belief that this company was legit and that they were doing their best to ensure we were all kept informed. I still believe that the report yesterday showed no proof that the structure changed, but the document I found with the Florida Sec of State does.

On June 23rd, Carolina Hernandez filed for a change in Amendment 4 of the papers of incorporation which establishes the new A/S to be 5,000,000,000 vice 2,000,000,000. The file number is 31572653 http://www.sunbiz.org/COR/2008/0701/31572653.Tif. I expec t everyone to check this out on their own and only hope that I can get my remaining money out before I lose it all. I wish everyone the best of luck, but I have to say that I have lost faith in a company that files for a dilution of shares and then puts out a PR one week later and states (in a blatant lie) that the share structure has not changed when it obviously has. Even more disappointing is that the PR attempts to appease the stockholders while the CEO writes in the amendment that no vote was required as the majority of stockholders had given written consent--and they had since she owns 80% controlling shares according to the document.

Make your own decisions on buying or selling this stock and check my facts. For some you may want to look at my tagline in my signature...for others, you will see the company for what I believe they are...liars, dishonest, and this makes the other PRs suspect.


For those that desire to jump on this and say "I told you so" you need to stop now, because you did not tell anyone. You speculated. This has factual evidence behind it. And this is the way someone should post on an investment board--with DD and evidence that everyone can check...not badly spelled, colloguial writings that just seem to shine a spotlight on your intelligence level.
