dabug this is a great question...

and it raises a point, I have heard a few longs actually admit to.

"what is to prevent this company , after name change ..new direction.. new management.. new investors from doing what globetel did out of the ashes of its predecessor adgi."

If the SEC doesn't shut this company down, there is nothing to prevent them from trying to run the same scam again. And I believe there are new victims to be had as well as old victims that can be had many times. So a swing trader, or penny stock flipper could make some money if they were quick and timed it right. And I believe that many of those who tout a change the world lucrative future for this company, know good and well it will never happen, but that is their story and they are sticking to it. And that's because they think they are actually part of the hype cycle they need to play the swings. Some of them for the second time around on this stock.

I don't think they care about those who lose during the process just like I don't think Huff, Monterosso etc... cared. Is that right? Is it moral? Is it ethical... they have to live with their own conscience, and I certainly don't think it is illegal. Even with what Huff did, he only got a slap on the wrist.

So we can see why they don't just come out and say they're going to try and play the scam cycle again, or maybe for the first time as they were one of the victims the last time. It is self serving to once again post about a lucrative future and unlimited potential, and for those who don't care about those who lose so much in the process...

I think that is "exactly" the way they would play it!
