TA is gagged, but the A/S was recently raised from 500 million to 1 billion. Looks like JD just intended to issue another 500 million shares. He raised it right before that first big volume spike. Stock has been diluted ever since in my opinion. But hey, JD got his funding though. Unfortunately he had to screw over his entire shareholder base in order to do so. But guess what, if he does a quick reverse split, JD is back in business, almost like this never happened.
