SKS is singing that song becuase there is a big installed base within enterprises today using M's server softweare and who could relatively easily and cheaply administer all the TPMs that we hope they will purchase. I don't see how that position (absolutely rational) is tied in any way to the other Microsoft events and decisions like with NGSCB.

By the way does anyone know whether you need a separate TPM to be installed in your server in order to take advantage of Wave's middleware and administer your other TPMs. I think that is the case and that may be another hurdle beyond having TPM equipped computers to manage.
