Here is something that the SEC might want to look at! Oh yeh 10 million gallon production, What will happen is when they prove the 10 million to be false and misleading, they will say thats what the "Plant Manager told us!" People this guy is smooth!
The Company has received several inquires regarding statements made on message forums from non-affiliated third parties regarding the Company’s supply of, and availability of, feedstock required for Biodiesel production.
As explained during our recent conference call, the Company specifically outlined those challenges that the general industry is facing in regards to obtaining feedstocks in light of soaring prices for commodities such as soy and palm oil. Management did so to emphasize that Perihelion is comparably in a favorable position considering its Opp, Alabama plant is capable of multi-feedstock production which can use high free fatty acid content feedstocks. Management specifically drew the distinction between the Company’s technology and that of other biofuel refineries that are now idle or have been closed due to their inability to process high free fatty acid content feedstocks. The Company’s revamped processing technology allows it to acquire feedstocks and produce biodiesel from high free fatty acid feedstocks resulting in a product that is economically prudent given market prices.
Perihelion has an adequate supply of feedstocks ‘in-hand’ to produce biodiesel. The Opp, Alabama plant manager further noted on the conference call that the Opp refinery, as-is, could produce in excess of 10M gallons per year.
