Good read---also, if you go back and read the agenda for Iraq from 2003 ( I don't have the link ) you can see that they are still right on track as far as what needs to be accomplished before we will see any big revalue. It is just the timeline that we don't have a clue about but I think we will see some serious cha-ching at some point...jmho
