ATNG info from RB

According to the last 8K after ATNG announced the settlement of the Involuntary BK proceedings, 5/12/04 was the court date to finalize the matter.

The most recent PR announced the company was restructuring and acquiring those companies on 5/12/04 that were best situated for profitability according to their mission statement.
