Gee,I wonder where you get that idea from? Without knowing anything about this suit, my best guess is that it was originated from the old guard. Some familier names like, Joe, Tim, etc. You know, the whole gang. Like I said, get rid of the dirty laundry. I was under the impression that the NEW CEO was part and parcel of the "old" regime? Next,are you going to say that he was not privy,to the inner workings of GTEM? He was the Corporate lawyer of GTEM.Everything that was put out to the public thru PRs and all SEC documents went thru his desk. There's not doubt about that! That is his job!!!
