Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Co., Andover, Mass., was awarded on Jun. 25, 2008, a $76,463,030.98 firm fixed price / cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort contract for upgrad of six (6) PATRIOT Rader Sets to Configuration 3 (Kuwait). Work will be performed at Andover, Mass., with an expected completion date of Jul. 31, 2013. One bid was solicited with one bid received.
