I don't think the orders have to be done by Sep. 30th. I think they have a fiscal year and a budget to appropriate "X" amount of funds for that year. They are basically earmarked for that fiscal year. I don't think the appropriated funds expire but are used when deemed necessary-even if it's in the next fiscal year. The 2009 DOD budget will hopefully again allocate more funds for the products along with other federal/state/local agencies using the products such as New York’s 911 Public Safety Answering Centers. We may partner up for more contracts with Evans Consoles. They have some big clients.
