You can play semantics all day long...the market is educated on what's gone on here & what's at stake & who the players are. And the bottom line for anyone curious is that to date EFFC hasn't even filed for a patent for the CRAM whereas Biocognisafe filed one 5 years ago & are presently in the process of going to court to protect the interests of that "rejected" patent application while EFFC is going to court attempting to prove that the core technology of the CRAM is different than the SDS lol.

As I said a month ago...Bruno & Gib must be geniuses beyond belief to build a whole new system from the ground up who's core technology isn't similar to the SDS in any way shape or form...because according to EFFC's former president last october the CRAM was already built & for sale which was what barely 6 weeks from the time both Bruno & Gib where working for RH lol.
