The stock watchers saw this new deal as further evidence of the company's incompetence and/or deception. The market was expecting/hoping to finally receive notice of closure on the LAST version of the deal. Instead, they get word of a completely NEW deal, delayed for God knows how long? No wonder folks are p*ssed.
