JUHL 3.15/3.74 in pre market!!

I am revising my estimate from yesterday. I am expecting $4+ today! According to the 8-k filing, the company plans to list it's stock on the Nasdaq or Amex. Additionally, the outstanding shares are 25 million and it looks like only 4 million are in the float!
