Eur...he had been saying in emails he was working on stuff for the betterment of the company...and this is a major clearing if you will. It now give Matt the clout to hire and attract people to work for the company as we see in the PR. Seems to me this last person entertained the idea possible settling or dropping the frivolous motion but wen TOFS was moving it looks like he wanted to hold on to squeeze the company for more if you will. Look like he got tired of waiting and left. Now that there are no more leeches to drain the bllod out of TOFS we should mive forward as you say and I agree! YEAH BABY!
