pleadings filed on June 18, 2008, CMKM Diamonds, Inc. has settled with
the SEC as of April 21, 2008.

This means, CMKM Diamonds is now clear to be bought out, it can
distribute the ETGMF and/or begin trading again as long as it follows
the rules set forth in the initial filing by the SEC regarding CMKM
Diamonds.

Whatever Discovery is going on with the Tomato's etc.. has ZERO to do
with CMKM Diamonds, Inc. as an entity. It is separate and it is settled.
THERE IS NO ONGOING INVESTIGATION INTO OUR COMPANY, CMKM DIAMONDS.. IT
SETTLED. GET IT?

So take that fwiw...stop lumping the SEC's criminal operations of the
national clearing system with a few degenerates who have _separate!_
outstanding legal action involving the SEC. *

anything about basic law....you would know that the point of being a
corporation is to be an entity, albeit an inhuman entity.

The allegations against each defendant are set forth in the complaint
and pursuant to page 2 of the eight page filing on June 18, 2008, on
lines 17-19, you will READ (if you can read) that CMKM Diamonds, Inc.
has settled.. a Final Judgement was entered...CMKM Diamonds, Inc., no
longer has an "ongoing" investigation into it...the entity.

The others listed have ongoing investigations into their dealings as
related to whatever they did with CMKM Diamonds, Inc... but the other
entity, CMKM Diamonds, Inc., owned by the stockholders, has settled as
of April 21, 2008.

I guess that means CMKM Diamonds, Inc. is cleared to sue the SEC for its
inability to distribute the ETGMF to its shareholders due to the SEC's
failure to operate a safe clearing and settlement system.
