Hey Howard,

All of us in Seattle certainly hope the "big earthquake" doesn't hit.. Right now, I live about 4 miles from Puget Sound, but a big (HUGE) earthquake could give me some waterfront property at my current location :).

I'm with in regards to the completed deals they have posted on their web site. However, I must remain somewhat skeptical until it's actually PR'd. My analytical way of thinking oftentimes overshadows my use of faith ;)..
