I hope that this audit is a complete one done by a single firm. If this is the case I can understand the delay as we need to get all of the foreign paperwork confirmed by the US firm doing the audit. Still, it would be wonderful if we were given the reasons for the delay.

If they would tell us that the audit was being performed to GAAP and was being incorporated in an SEC filing I'd be thrilled.
