I have been watching VLVT trading for last few days and the volume has increased, price is down or holding. Here i am trying to understand why it takes so much time to audit the books of a compnay with approximately $17M revenue?VLVT released the financials for year 2002 in year 2004 and now looks like they may release the audited financials for year 2003 in later part of year 2004.Time is essence in analysis.By the time this company releases their audited financials it's already a year passed. The data released will not be useful at that time because of the passed time.I may not be able to make investing decisions based on a year old data. Can some share their opinion why it takes so much time?what's the possible reason this company is delaying the task of becoming a "respectable company"?
