Having trouble downloading............forms

I went to RJT online brokers to download a form and the told me I needed Adobe Acrobat Reader. I went to that site and downloaded it. Back to RJT, downloaded the file and got a Microsoft telling me I needed Adobe Acrobat Reader download.

How do I get out of this cycle?...Thanks In Advance
