Tin,

You say HRCT is taking care of complicated details r.e. sinobull listing. Dr Ching stated in his letter of Feb.7 "we are currently providing some additional information that was requested by the SEC". Do you know if that has been done and has the SEC approved the merger with GTCI? I have posed this inquiry to HRCT but have not received a reply.
