I wouldn't put it past them to commit fraud especially when the company itself says:

"Our management, including our Principal Executive Officer and Principal Financial Officer, does not expect that our disclosure controls or internal controls over financial reporting will prevent all errors or all instances of fraud."

They say they DON'T EXPECT their internal controls to prevent fraud. "They," are 1 full time employee or 3 if you include Faith and Young. You mean to tell me that you can't be sure that your in-house controls can't keep 3 people from fraudulent activity?

Fraud or no fraud this company is sneaky and they do it deliberately. Me paraphrasing, "We received $200,000 from KFA. Oops, actually we were just being sneaky as a snake, what we meant to say is, We received a deposit for the $200,000 and the actual real money thing (the $200,000) was actually never received. Oh yea, the deposit might as well been a handshake since we will never actually tell you what it was."
