Enron, WorldCom, Impath, Global Crossing, and Qwest Communications are among those charged with fraud and from whom executives have been indicted and, subsequently, convicted.
Absent evidence of a more profound nature than offered by posters to this august board, I do not subscribe to the guilt by insinuation you and others seem to attribute to NSOL. I am particularly troubled by it coming from people with no skin in the game...and worse, no understanding of criminal law.
Just in case it got lost in all the hoopla around my qualifications...I once worked for the department responsible for all those prosecutions. My first career, as it were, was involved helping prosecute such conspiracies.
Now, you might charge NSOL with failure to do right and malicious foolishness. But, fraud and conspiracy? Don't think so. While I am, by experience, a conspiracy buff; I think we need more evidence.
