there is dilution on every stock it's how company's finance there operations. some dilution can be good some bad, SOME VERY BAD

In all start ups there is a CD holder that doesn't care how many shares it takes to recoup his venture capital + interest! the market will dump millions at any pps it's what you see on a daily basis in the otc & otcbb.

this is what drives plays into the SUB basement where some stocks can never recover.
