Just both sides posturing for some gravy on top of the deal. Genesi has been down this road many times with other companies/aquisitions. He's simply doing his job...protecting the company's interests. As far as the timeline, my wife tried to pin Monet down a bit this morning. He says he's more confident that ever that this is "done deal" and should close this week.
