Today's follow up conversation with Eddie Monet:

My wife just had a relatively lengthy conversation with Mr. Monet. Looks like everything is still moving toward lease closing. Genesi, reps from the sellers, and both side's attorneys have been engaged in meetings over the last couple days. It appears that the seller was posturing and Genesi was not going to budge. However, they have now reached a compromise and contract revisions are being made (per agreement). Eddie is very optimistic that this will finally be wrapped up this week.
