LLC - There is no denying that HRCT has failed to accomplish
objectives outlined in it's business plan over the past several years. However, to attribute this solely to deceit on the part of the company is naive at best. Such an inflammatory accusation fails to take into consideration the fact that we have gone through the worst recession in decades and are attempting to do business with a government( Chinese )that is as arbitrary as can be. As for HRCT being " out of business "
by 2003, let me simply state that I have been reading such dire predictions since 1999 and, in spite of the above factors,
the company continues to survive and grow.
