I own a engineering company in middle tennessee. I have had alot of experience in construction. If the pipe is above ground laid fiberglass (typical of most gas stations) It will cost around 15k a mile to lay. If it is underground can run upwards of 30k a mile to lay pipe. Depending on what the soil caritaristics are for digging. Just speculation and using our price's here in Middle Tennesse, not the remote area this is in..
