Shasta , fwiw i was watching biz news piece this morning (at someone else's house, no tv here) and The Donald was saying money is very very tight, very difficult for even the best to get a bank loan for commercial real estate. They simply are not lending. Of course, if ya have cash there are some bargains lining up.
