It'll be 5-7 years before that oil hits the market in any quantity. But it is a good decision by Bush, although Congress must approve it I think. Lets see if the democrat eco-freaks block it like they did drilling in ANWR. IF we had drilled in ANWR 7 years ago like Bush wanted, gas would be 62 cents per gallon cheaper right now, according to economists.
