Market manipulation requires a huge volume of manipulators going in the same direction in order to overcome the rest of the market. To get half the market to agree on anything requires getting all the various institutional investors to agree on a single plan. I’ll bet there’s a lot of leftovers at the snack bar at that get-together! And go figure … most of them don’t even beat the market.
While doing all their manipulations and incantations, I wonder why they conjured up such a lousy market?
