transam there are always people that will buy a stock if its cheap enough. In most penny stocks people are looking to flip and if they are telling you they are super long ,in most cases they are liars. IMO the company may be selling shares in one hand lets 1 million shares and then when the price gets to low buy 200K shares to prop the price back up. That may be happening here imo. Most likely just opportunist buying possibly JPT employess but have seen nothing to support that.
