Why are (why would) people buying shares that they believe are part of a "dilution" scenario...

Dilution has been screamed on this board for days, and anyone who reads this board would/might believe it.. so why would they buy?? Are the only ones buying, the ones that do not believe this "dilution" theory??

The shares might be available for "dilution" but if so, someone is buying them... JPT employees???
