I submitted a request to Pinksheets.com to find out if there was a way to find out how long the process would take to change the status to "transparent" and if there was a way to show if it is currently in process. I am not sure where this "filings tab" is but Here is my responce:

Any filings the company would make would appear in the Filings tab on pinksheets.com. It does not look as though the company has made any filings through the OTC Disclosure and News Service.
