I think you copied that from somewhere and replaced EW with the other stuff. (g)
The only thing your statement is correct on is moving averages. That's why they call them moving averages. Sort of like moving EW.
Existing S&R lines do not move. Price either breaks through them or it doesn't. Same with most patterns. New S&R lines and new patterns are formed; but the old ones serve their purpose, have their statistical performance, and are left behind.
