Downapenney, I have contacted all authorities on this scam. How about you do the same or don't you want to lose your penneys. I lost over a million penneys and folded my cards. Thank god I did because it was way over what it is now. And the money has been reinvested and I have made most of it back. But i still am quite bitter over all the pinks and this one in particular because of the arrogance of the lies being told to all the investors. The SEC and AG's are aware of BDGR and it is out of my hands what they eventually decide to do. I even got a letter from the SEC stating that this is not dead recently so there is still hope that justice will be served. It would help even more if others stepped forward to complain but most people are just too lazy.So yes I have been wrong as to the timeframe here of justice but will make a few calls tomorrow to refresh the minds of this scam of a company. Are you not mad enough yet to get off your a.. and make a difference here? Ask Lou if I have contacted the Mass AG office as they have talked to him. What he said I do not know but don't forget he has way over a million shares if not two so I don't think he wants to shut the company down like I do. Do the right thing and help others for a change.
