Well ,I had several conversations with Sask. goverment officials today about the drilling of the claims that CMKX is participating in. It became quite clear that Rick Walker is in control of this exploration project, and has had all the dealings with the different Sask. goverment agencies. The one troubling aspect for myself , is that there is no known legal connection between CMKX and the numbered companies that control the claims, which were listed in CMKX's previous 14C. From what I could gather, the only way to confirm the existance of said legal connections, would be to travel to Sask. and visit the Ministry of Consumers and Commercial Affairs, and also the local land registry offices in the area. It was made clear to me by one ministry , that CMKX is not registered to hold claims in the province of Sask. So there would have to be either option agreements ,or private legal contracts between CMKX and the mentioned numbered companies.
So it seems my next step will be to contact Rick Walker once more, and see if he can fill me in on what is actually the current status of the exploration program. If they have actually found something of value at this point, then I would guess that we would see interest first in Walker's companies, due to their much lower shares outstanding and share structure. I'll be using KPG.V , SEI.h.V , and UCA.V as my alert markers , to signal when something of significance has actually been released.
