2 questions.... How many SHARES does the new "company" have? Was it 600 million? And how are shares going to be "exchanged" 1-1 or what? So.... we would basically end up with roughly 6 times the amount of shares on the street? Is that what I remember seeing the the sanswire filing on the biz registry site?? Can anyone refresh my memory??
