Poop you are exactly correct. This was doomed before it even started. Not one person has still named a company that starts a new venture with more shares than this or even close. They clean up. Everything this company does and how they do it is suspect. That shareholder letter was pure PR pump an no one bought it as evidenced by pathetic volume. Laughable. And I ask if you had a lot of cash would you loan this company money? I say no way unless you could get shares right away that you could dump into the market in exchange for cash. Seriously, who is going to loan them millions needed to do this? And didn't Tom Hands do all this before with TSX?
