good thing about the deal: no cash required, so they can actually close the deal as soon as they like. the deal are paid by restricted shares so the shares won't flood the market until 2 years after issuance. 2008 shares (1/3 of total) will hit only in 2010 and 2010 shares will be sold only in 2012.
