Because they obviously don't spend much money on their web site development. Seems to be a common trend among businesses of all sizes.. I understand the desire for updates from the company, and their statement of updating their web site, but I've found that many businesses who don't rely on their web site to make money - generally forget it's there.
Personally, I take their web site with a grain of salt at this point in time.
Purely taking things at face value - the company released a PR stating the facts - the audit isn't done. Naysayers say this is company "robbing us blind," while pumpers keep telling us that "we'll have news tomorrow" or something of that sort. Most of us live somewhere in the middle of the two extremes. Facts are facts. The audit isn't done, the company NEVER promised a PR on or before May 30th, so everything said here is conjecture and speculation. I plan to wait for them to report on the audits and then make a sound, critical decision on what I will do with my money.
