Maybe, that was Ed' goal. Get a factory. Endorsements from guitar players(known ones Featured on that magazine website. Spark interest to be acquired.
Years ago. I was involved with an empty shell pink stock. It was merged to go public by a private company. Reverse merged.
It happened.
