Does make sense. They must have met more than once. Plus, that is one way U.S. Music Corp. to have better percentage of sales from grem guitars.
Someone of U.S. Music Corp could had checked out that guitar magazine website. Got a closer look at the guitars, while visiting the factory. The factory is already up.
I am thinking grmu is in shell mode.
