canric, you surprise me with some very good thoughts sometimes LOL. Not that you don't have them, but you only have 4 marks. Maybe others are thinking similarly. I agree that maybe a client nudged them. At firts it seemed a bit odd I thought with what looked more like a temp buidling/catering service type company. But when I started thinking about the location, potential cheap labor, and a couple other things I am wondering if BHP or Rio Tinto have some big expansion plans in that area of the world for iron ore or toher major mining elements. This IMO would be a clue to potentially adding up to your suggetsion that maybe one of them mentioned it.

Considering how small AYSI is with capacity and how big those miners are, I also am speculating with many ideas. Possibly this would be a cheap way for a facility to get built for the company to eventually serve some big markets in Mongolia,China, Russia (presumably to feed Rio and BHP projects down the road IMO).
Not good for shippiing product LOL, but there are some areas that normally might be fairly inaccessible that if production could eventually get started up in that area might put AYSI in position to get something more like exclusive deals to supply the mining projects of the larger miners in that area. I'll have to go back and see what BHP and Rio might have planned in that area of the world over the next few years (as well as Russia, China, and their miners potentially).

Not a lot of detail in the 8K about specifics so we'll spec for now:) Except that it shows the company is trying to get out a bit of info more frequently which is nice. Plus with the JV being in that part of the world IMO points to your spec about getting nudged by maybe a large mining company potentially looking to expand into Mongolia. Hard to tell but opesn up some potential possibilities to sleep on:)

Good luck.
Gotta go for now.

Kutubu will be ncie to have around, even if only dropping in occassionally.
